Healing the Wounded Healer – Engaged Conversations

You’ve faced your wounds—now it’s time to reclaim your healing path. In this soul-nourishing session, we’ll design your own award-winning healing journey, based on the tools you have put into place. You’ll receive inspiration, structure, and support to align your body, mind, and spirit. Healing isn’t linear. It’s expressive, creative, and personal.
For those who are new to attend presentations in regard to self- healing, please view the video first. The video will share several ways to heal your mind, body, and spirit. Please practice 2-3 of these tools (laughter yoga, exercise, nutrition, art therapy, journaling, and Reiki) before attending the discussion on October 1, since we will share our healing journey with one another.

The previous video will be obtained after you register. You will receive a “thank you” email that will give you the Zoom link for the presentation and how to view the video. The video will be below the PowerPoint link and below that will be your password.
