Everyday is a learning experience when your trying to find what foods work the best for your body and what foods are too hard on you.
I already knew heavy carbs were my enemy. They drained my body of all energy just to digest them. Lately I’ve figured out that foods or sweets heavy in sugar have the same affect on me. Except add in heart palpitations. It’s not fun. But you know what? It’s my body’s way of telling me that I don’t need those foods in my system.
