I am currently accepting a limited number of new patients. As a concierge Internal Medicine physician with an intentionally small practice, I am able to devote meaningful time to all of my patients. I have the time to provide individualized, personalized healthcare and to focus not only on treating illness, but also have the time to delve into promoting your overall wellness.

My annual fee incudes:
*Comprehensive Care--diagnose and treat a wide range of adult health issues, from acute illness (e.g., infections) to chronic conditions (e.g.,diabetes, hypertension, heart disease), while emphasizing preventive care and wellness.
*Enhanced Access--I offer same-day or next-day appointments, extended office visits (usually 30 minutes), and direct access to me via phone, generally 24/7.
*Personalized Attention--My goal is to build a strong patient-doctor relationship through in-depth consultations, tailored treatment plans and coordination with specialists if needed.
*Preventive Focus-- I provide thorough health screenings, detailed 2 hour annual comprehensive physical exams, and proactive management of risk factors to prevent disease progression.
*Health Advocacy--Acting as my patient's advocate, I can help guide you through complex medical systems, and ensure continuity of care.

GALLERI:
​There is some exciting news on the medical front that we want to share with you. As you know, we are firm believers in preventive medicine and working to diagnose disease as early as we can. Galleri is a multi-cancer early detection test, a blood test that screens for many of the deadliest cancers before they become symptomatic including those with no recommended screening tests today. With a simple blood test, Galleri can screen for more than 50 cancers to help diagnose cancer earlier and, hopefully, when curable. During each patient’s annual physical this year, Dr. Heringer will be speaking with each of you to help you determine if this test is something you should prioritize.

While it’s just a blood test, it is costly and is not yet covered by Medicare or most insurance companies. In addition, as with any broad screening test, there is always a risk of a false positive, so he will go over that and other questions you have during your physical.
