Family Counseling and Trauma Healing Center (FC&THC) is a day treatment program in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Dedicated to providing superior and holistic trauma disorder treatment, we at FC&THC understand that life-disrupting issues (substance abuse, disordered eating, severe anxiety, PTSD, depression, etc.) are often symptoms of underlying trauma. Our center utilizes our expertise and proven methods of therapy to transform post-traumatic stress anxiety and depression into post-traumatic growth and healing. With an atmosphere of respect and kindness, we help those who have been affected by painful and/or traumatizing events.
