Leeana put together a six minute yoga sequence π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ for all of us! It's a great way to wake your body up in the morning, wind down in the evening, or just stretch out any tightness any time of day.

Terry put together a short (just 7 minutes! π€©) exercise sequence that works the entire body! It's a great way to break up the day and to make sure you get a workout in. If you have medium weights (5-8lbs) that's great, if not you can substitute in house hold items or just use body weight!
