Starting your day with soft tissue work and mobility can help reduce tension and improve how your body moves throughout the day.

Small habits like that can make a big difference helping you move, better feel, better and THRIVE in your day-to-day.

💧 Hydration Matters

Hydration plays a bigger role in how your body moves than most people realize — affecting muscle function, joint mobility, and recovery.

A simple guideline to start:
👉 Aim for about half your body weight in ounces of water per day

Example:
150 lbs → ~75 oz
200 lbs → ~100 oz

You may need more depending on activity level, sweat, and environment.

You don’t have to be perfect — just more consistent.

Small habits like this can help you move better, feel better, and THRIVE!!

Save this as a reminder to stay hydrated.

🚫 Don’t go from a chair ➜ bags of mulch.

Your spine wakes up “full” and stiff, like a fully pumped tire. That first hour, it’s easier to tweak a disc or strain a ligament if you dive straight into bending, lifting, and twisting with yard work.

Before you attack the spring clean‑up, give your back 5–10 minutes to shake off the cobwebs:
• Quick walk around the yard
• Gentle hip hinges and cat–cow
• A few core and glute activations (bird dogs, bridges, dead bug)

You warm up for the gym—do the same for your yard. Your future self (and your low back) will thank you. 🌱

Spring is here… even if the weather is not cooperating.

As you start moving more and getting back outside, do not forget to take care of your body.
Staying ahead of tightness and restriction now can help prevent bigger problems later.

Consistency matters more than the season.

Team dinner that turned into something way more meaningful 🌙✨ From rising moons to big future goals (and a little office shade 😂), we learned so much about each other tonight. Grateful for a team that can keep it light while still being intentional. Missing a few of our people and can’t wait to have everyone together next time 🤍

What you are seeing is not random testing.

Each position changes how the neck is loaded and how nerves and joints respond. That information helps us pinpoint the source of the problem and choose the right treatment approach.

Specific testing leads to better results.

Spring clean, not spine scream. 🌱

All the extra bending, lifting, and yard work = more stress on your back.

Chiro tune-ups keep you moving, not aching, all season long.

Spring is when your spine works overtime—adjustments keep you moving, lifting, and playing without the aches that come with yard work, sports, and gardening.

“Spring bodies, winter spines.”

You’re suddenly:
• Raking, mulching, and lifting heavy bags
• Bending and twisting in the garden
• Walking, running, and playing outside more

All that new movement after a slower winter is a recipe for tight joints and strained backs, especially with all the bending, kneeling, and twisting that gardening and spring sports demand.

Chiropractic adjustments help you:
• Improve mobility so squatting, lifting, and reaching feel easier
• Reduce the risk of sprains, strains, and flare-ups before they start
• Recover faster so you can enjoy every sunny day instead of sitting out with pain

Book your spring tune-up so your spine can keep up with your spring hustle. 🌱 Link in bio!
