This might sound controversial… but it needs to be said 👇

Conventional medicine is designed to save your life—not necessarily to heal it.

And that’s not a bad thing. We absolutely need conventional doctors in acute situations—heart attacks, strokes, accidents, broken bones. That’s where they shine.

But when it comes to chronic conditions like gut dysfunction, thyroid imbalances, hormonal issues, diabetes, or hair loss… the approach is often symptom management.

Medications can be incredibly helpful—but many times they’re controlling symptoms, not addressing why those symptoms are happening in the first place.

And here’s the part most people don’t expect me to say:
Supplements alone won’t heal you either.

Healing comes from understanding the root cause.

Why is your body out of balance?
Where are the deficiencies?
What toxicities or stressors are contributing?

Because real healing looks like:
✨ Removing what’s disrupting the body

I’m not just a trichologist —
I’m someone who believes in whole body healing, in slowing down, in learning constantly, and in supporting the body from the inside out.

I started my career in 2006. I evolved from being a hairstylist to a hair loss specialist, then a Trichologist, and added Reiki Practitioner to my tool kit.

Whole body healing & spiritually mean a lot to me ( and my dogs of course 😉) That’s why I am constantly learning & researching to move that needle forward. Not just for personal growth but for my guests too.

Because hair loss isn’t just about hair.
It’s about the person attached to it — their lifestyle, their stress, their habits, their story.

And that’s how I approach my work. Holistically. Intentionally. Always evolving. ✨

The way you speak to yourself matters more than you might realize.

Your inner dialogue can either build you up or quietly tear you down. When negative self-talk becomes constant, it can increase stress, fuel anxiety, and slowly chip away at self-confidence. That stress response doesn’t just affect your mindset — it can also affect your physical health and how your body functions.

On the other hand, supportive and compassionate self-talk can reduce stress, improve resilience, and help you approach challenges with a healthier mindset.

A few small shifts can make a big difference:
• Practice self-compassion — speak to yourself the way you would a friend
• Notice negative thought loops and gently challenge them
• Replace criticism with encouraging, affirming thoughts

The words you say to yourself shape how you experience your health, your healing, and your life. Choose ones that support you. 🤍
