Mental health touches more lives than we often realize. Some people are quietly battling their own storms. Some are loving someone through theirs. Some are healing. Some are simply trying to make it through the week carrying more than anyone can see.
During Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to intentionally create space within our community to acknowledge that reality with care, honesty, and connection.
Heather’s Teen Mental Health Pop-Up Class was created to give teens a space to move, breathe, connect, and simply be themselves in a world that can feel incredibly loud and overwhelming. This offering is rooted in support, self-awareness, and reminding younger generations that their mental health matters too.
Abby & Jaimie will also be leading a special 90-minute donation-based slow flow inspired by the music of Noah Kahan and his newest album, The Great Divide, music that reflects the emotional realities, struggles, growth, and humanity so many people quietly carry. All proceeds from this class will support Shine Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to youth mental health awareness and education.
Thank you for continuing to help Haven be a space where people can show up exactly as they are.
