Autumn Equinox marks the end of summer, this year it is Sept 23rd. The Equinox is a time of letting go. We see that in the trees loosing their leaves and gardens winding down. It is a time for the earth to begin a deep rest. Rest is a natural healing energy that our mind, body and soul needs during this time. It is also a time to reflect on what we have been through during the past season. We do not want to repress and carry the burden of our thoughts . Letting go is good for our mind and body.
