The Paramount at Somers would like to extend our deepest gratitude to an incredible individual who has truly made a lasting impact on our facility. Having such a beautiful and compassionate Assistant Administrator has been a true blessing.

Her unwavering love, dedication, and passion have touched the lives of our residents, families and our staff. Beyond our walls, she’s also made a meaningful difference in the greater community—always leading with grace, kindness, and strength.

As one of the leading faces of Paramount, her presence will be deeply missed. While it’s hard to say goodbye, we are incredibly proud and excited for her next chapter.
From all of us—Resident’s, families, and Staff—thank you for being such an inspiring and impactful part of our journey. You will always be part of the Paramount family. 💙

🌸 A heartfelt thank you to Ridgefield Station Assisted Living for welcoming us so warmly and allowing us to host our own special version of High Tea for their wonderful seniors! 🫖💐

An extra big thank you to Chef Anna DiMaio, the talented Carerite Resident Culinary Director, for crafting such a beautiful array of savory bites and sweet delights — everything was absolutely delicious and added the perfect touch of elegance to the afternoon. 🍰🥪

It was truly a joy to be part of such a lovely gathering. Until next time! 💛

We are deeply saddened and devastated over the news of the passing of our dear friend and partner, Chef Anne Burrell.

Our dream to change food in healthcare came to fruition alongside Chef Anne, bringing delicious, nutritious meals to our patients with new menus that brought fun and flair for every diet and appetite, ensuring our patients only ever receive excellence.

Chef Anne was a friend to every resident and patient, a kind leader and mentor to every team member, her dedication to this project and the vision we shared were profound.

Together, in her honor, we will continue to incorporate all that she taught us to honor her legacy throughout the CareRite family.

We remember and hold close to our hearts her upbeat spirit, her light that beamed in every room, and her endless hugs for all.

Chef Anne, we cherish you, and collectively we honor your legacy and impact, both inside and outside of the kitchen- a fiery spirit, beloved mentor, and culinary icon whose passion forever flavors our hearts.
