What's better than yoga?
FREE YOGA!!
Thanks to a grant from the Case Trust Bristol County Fund we are able to offer free community yoga!! Classes will take place at COOS 11:30 on Mondays (no class on Memorial Day) from now through June 10th.
Starting June 18th yoga will move to Christ church on Tuesdays at 10:30 for the summer.

Sometimes the stars align just right. A chance encounter with a nurse, at a hair salon of all places, lead to a beautiful opportunity to share yoga, chanting, and sound healing with 2 amazing groups. It was such a privilege to be able to watch these women embrace movement, make some functional strength and balance gains, and have a few laughs along the way!

It’s scary that October is coming to an end, but fear not there are plenty of opportunities for yoga in November!
