Today feels like a threshold.

The Spring Equinox reminds us that balance is not about having everything perfect. It is about coming back into right relationship with ourselves. With our body. With our pace. With what is true.

This season carries a different kind of beginning.

The Sun moves into Aries today, marking the astrological new year and inviting fresh energy, forward motion, courage, and a return to self-led action. At the same time, Mercury stations direct in Pisces, helping the mental fog begin to lift after weeks of reflection, emotion, confusion, and inner processing. 

So if you have felt tender lately…
If things have felt unclear…
If your nervous system has been asking for more rest, more honesty, more space…

You were not doing it wrong.

We have been moving through deeply reflective waters. Earlier this month brought a Virgo full moon and lunar eclipse, followed by the Pisces new moon this week, a sequence many astrologers frame as release first, then renewal. 

This Equinox is not asking you to force a giant leap.
It is asking you to notice what is now clear.

What rhythm feels sustainable?
What truth feels clean in your body?
What are you ready to stop carrying into this next season?

Aries season reminds us that new beginnings do not have to be loud to be powerful.
Pisces reminds us to trust what we feel.
And Mercury direct begins to bring language, clarity, and movement back to what has been stirring beneath the surface. 

Let this be a season of gentle courage.
A season of honoring your own timing.
A season of choosing what supports your peace, your vitality, and your becoming.

I had the worst sleep last night. My body was so restless. And when i finally fell alseep i woke up drenched. Thought id update you incase you’re feeling like you have been electrocuted, restless and losing your mind a little. A lot of you might not have gone to sleep yet, but it’s 6 am here in the UK at the time of me posting this, so this might be what you’re about to experience. 🤪

From the moment we arrive in this world, our story begins with a breath.
And one day, it will end with one.

Between those two breaths is a lifetime of living.

Yet breath is the one thing we so often overlook. We rush past it, hold it in stress, shorten it in worry, and forget that it is always there—quietly sustaining us.

Breath is life moving through the body.
It is the bridge between the mind and the nervous system.
It is the simplest way to come back home to yourself.

When things feel overwhelming… breathe.
When emotions rise from old places… breathe.
When the world feels loud and fast… breathe.

Your breath asks nothing of you except your awareness.

Sit with it for a moment.
Notice the rise of your chest.
Feel the gentle expansion of your ribs.
Allow the exhale to soften your body.

Each inhale is an invitation.
Each exhale is a release.

You don’t have to force anything. You don’t have to solve everything. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause and honor the breath that is already carrying us forward.

From the first breath to the last, this quiet rhythm is always with us.

So today, give yourself permission to slow down.
Place a hand over your heart.
Take a full breath in… and let it go.

You are here.
You are breathing.
And in this moment, that is enough.
