As respiratory illness season ramps up (November–March), it's the perfect time to get vaccinated against both the flu and COVID-19. Here's what you need to know:
✅ Flu Vaccine (7yr +) This year’s shots protect against two Influenza A strains and one Influenza B strain
Adults 65+ should consider high-dose or adjuvanted vaccines for stronger protection
✅ COVID-19 Vaccine - Approved for those 65+ or with underlying health conditions like diabetes, asthma, or heart disease
💉 Can You Get Both at Once? Yes! You can receive both vaccines during the same visit. It’s safe, convenient, and helps build immunity before peak season hits.
🕒 Why Now? It takes about two weeks to build immunity after vaccination. Getting vaccinated early helps protect you and your loved ones during the busiest time of year
