My first pair of jeans in 15 YEARS 🎉💕👌🏻

Obese for most of my life and 297 pounds at my highest, I have always struggled to find clothes that fit me AND looked cute. I used to CRY when I’d try to shop, so I just stopped trying and wore nothing but nurse scrubs for so long ai don’t remember wearing anything else.

Now I can just grab something off the wrack at TJ Maxx and IT FITS y’all!!

I mean, I don’t recommend almost dying, but there has been some benefits 🤣🤣🤣

(And my hair has quickly surpassed the cute pixie curls to the do whatever they darn well pls curls).

Insurance won’t cover any more physical therapy so it’s a good thing I have a back up!

I can’t do much but I’m getting stronger every day! Haven’t had to touch my cane for 3 days now.

Peptides have been around forever but they have recently become the new craze for anti-aging.

Men have known about and taken advantage of the benefits of hormone therapy and peptides for years but women are finally demanding their share of the health benefits of here life changing products.

Sermorelin is one of the more popular peptides that is used to naturally boost the production of growth hormone in the body.

Increased growth hormone has been shown to have multiple benefits including reduced insulin resistance, improved weight loss results, increase in muscle growth, improvement in healing, improved hair growth, skin texture, energy levels and even improved sleep quality.

Not every town is lucky enough to have a compounding pharmacy.

Advance Care Pharmacy here in Somerset is where I send all of my local patient compounded hormone prescriptions and they take excellent care of my patients. Even their hormone clicker dispenser is cute and silky to the touch like silicone which makes it a pleasure to use.

Now that I have my estradiol and progesterone titrated to optimal dosing all hot flashes are finally gone! Facial skin is silkier, brighter, bouncier, hydrated and pores are minimal. Sleep, hair growth and texture, energy levels all much improved as well as mood being much brighter is a definite plus.

Now that the average female can be expected to live well into our 80’s, we can potentially spend 1/3 of our life dealing with menopausal symptoms. Why suffer when we don’t have to? There are decades of clinical studies that have, and continue to show, the benefits and efficacy of body identical hormone therapy.

Regardless of symptoms, menopause also increases our risk of cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance, weight gain, colon and breast cancer, Alzheimer’s/dementia, osteoporosis and shortens our lifespan. Why is it that all disease seems to start, or worsen, after we lose our hormones?

Sorry to all of my friends about post surgery gallbladder recovery. Working to get back on my feet and get everything back on track.
