Weekend challenge: Meal-prep one healthy breakfast for the week. Simple, protein-rich choices keep energy steady and cravings low. Try our make-ahead Greek Yogurt & Berry Protein Parfaits below — quick to assemble, high in protein, and delicious.

Recipe — Greek Yogurt & Berry Protein Parfaits (makes 4 servings) Ingredients

3 cups plain Greek yogurt (0–2% fat depending on preference)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (approx. 40 g protein total; adjust per product)
2 cups mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup low-sugar granola or 1/2 cup chopped nuts for crunch (optional)
2 tbsp chia or ground flaxseed (optional — adds fiber)
1–2 tsp honey or sugar-free sweetener (optional)
Fresh mint or cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, stir the protein powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth. Add sweetener if desired.
Divide half the yogurt mixture evenly among four jars or containers.
Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/2 cup per jar).
Add remaining yogurt on top of the berries.
Top each jar with granola or nuts and a sprinkle of chia/flaxseed.
Seal jars and refrigerate. Grab-and-go in the morning — eat within 3–5 days.

Make-ahead tips
Use airtight jars to keep parfaits fresh and crunchy toppings separate (store toppings in small containers and add in the morning if you prefer crunch).
Swap flavors: use plain yogurt + cocoa protein powder + sliced banana for a chocolate version.
