Enjoy your long weekend! While doing so, don’t forget to set your boundaries and keep them in place. You don’t have to go see everyone or attend every gathering if you don’t feel up to it. You can set time limits while hanging out if you choose to. You can schedule a day to just relax. Make sure you are surrounding yourself with positivity and good vibes. You can choose to sleep in late a day or two if you need more rest. You are always in control, your choices are for you and you only. Always take time out to identify what boundaries you need and be clear while communicating them to others. Enjoy your long weekend how you want to! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Scheduling time for self-care is something you deserve not something you should sacrifice. Dedicate an hour of self-care a few times during the week to settle your thoughts, focus on your breathing, write down your goals, create a menu for the week, self reflect and take note of your accomplishments.
Often times we focus on those around us but try to utilize some of the time in your week to focus on you as well. During this process tension will begin to leave the body and peace will enter. Enjoy! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
