I’ve been absolutely overwhelmed (in the best way!) by the outpouring of love, congratulations, and encouragement after sharing the news that I’m now officially certified by The Menopause Society (NAMS). 🩺💖

Your kind messages remind me why I do what I do — to help women through every stage of life.

That said, meaningful care starts with a strong foundation. I’m currently focused on building the structure, systems, and patient experience necessary to provide the highest level of menopause care.

Because of that, I will not be seeing menopause patients until January 2026 at the earliest, except for established patients with urgent needs.

In the meantime, I’ve opened a waitlist for those interested in evidence-based menopause and midlife care once scheduling begins.

Earlier this year I stepped away from corporate medicine to care support my father and rediscover my purpose — to slow down, listen, and truly restore health on my own terms.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially passed my certification exam through The Menopause Society and earned the title of Menopause Society Certified Physician (MSCP).

These four letters mean so much more than a credential — they represent a new chapter of serving women in midlife with evidence-based, compassionate care.

A heartfelt thank you to my patients, family, and friends for your constant prayers, encouragement, and support through this journey. You’ve helped make this milestone possible. 💛
