Tuesday - Friday 7:30am- 6:00pm. (Liberty Location)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 -5:30pm (Somerset Location)

Due to the current and incoming severe weather and frigid temperatures, our office will be closed Monday and Tuesday 1/15/2024 and 1/16/2024. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We will plan to re-open Wednesday 1/17/2024, if the weather improves.
