What do you get when you mix A Hippie, Viking Queen, KittyKat, 👻 ghost dog, Evil/Mad Chicago Bear & Batman ….? A family that always loves dressing up and a Dad that plays along bc Me & his babies love it ! We have always loved Halloween and I’m so glad my babies still dress up at their jobs to bring smiles to everyone 💕💕😊🎃❤️Happy Halloween ! 👻

All of these are at beginner levels, so anyone can do these no matter where you are or your level or fitness. All free and just to help us each make our days a little better ✌️💚

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations, are the quintessential yoga warm-up sequence. They combine deep breathing with flowing movement, they stretch the entire front and back of the body, and they build strength, too. This is just a short video to demonstrate .
