I get so much fulfillment out of being a Registered Dietitian! Look at what I get to do!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of talking with the Southwestern HS/MS XC teams about nutrition and how to fuel & hydrate for their best race! 🏁

This is a wonderful group of athletes and I wish them the best of luck today racing at the Berea Community Invitational!
