Our hygienist & yoga instructor, Michele Peace Love Yoga with Michele is leading a yoga class at beautiful, 7-acre farm in South Brunwick Duchess Farms . You will also receive a pre-cut bunch of fresh lavender to take home with you. Pre-registration is required. Dates: Saturday, July 6, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Saturday, July 13, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The class will be taught by popular local yoga instructor, Michele Tagliamonti. Michele is passionate about yoga and it shows! She teaches a gentle flow with focus on breath and alignment. Beginners are welcome! Michele completed her RYT 200 hour certification through Honor Yoga in 2015 and is also a certified YIN instructor.

A mat will be required. Instructions for check-in will be sent a week prior to the event. Rain dates July 7 and July 14.

Sunset Yoga is also available on July 13 at 7:00 p.m.
