November 2004 till March 20 2020. My time in practice ended today as I moved out of my office and rented the building out. The Governor saw fit to call us non essential and forced all offices to close and warned us not to be difficult. While at the same time said that I could continue to perform CDL physicals as a medical examiner. However I was not able to see patients. I gave up the Marines and Air Traffic Control to serve others with knowledge and a gift. Since that can be taken away because the Government controls my license I didn’t feel the need to fight that battle anymore. I fought enough and no one else was putting their selves on the line. So today on Labor Day I cleaned out my office and am retired. If you want life to go back to normal stand up stop being their prisoner. I am FREE! Good luck to you all. Yours in health.

Open till 5pm as the Governor has ordered Chiropractic offices closed. I will however be available next week on call as a Certified Medical Examiner if anyone needs to get their DOT physical done to be compliant with FMCSA laws. Please call text or leave a message and I will set up a time to meet. Only one driver in the office at a time.

The Governor of KY has ordered Chiropractors offices to close as of 5pm Friday. However we are in talks with the Governors and other federal officials to clarify this order. Furthermore I feel that my role is necessary and a vital part as a (CME) Certified Medical Examiner.

Therefore in accordance with the Emergency Declaration from the FMCSA. Our office will remain open to provide DOT physical examinations to those drivers keeping our supply chains open.
