Starting tomorrow, I am offering these classes on Zoom and IG/FB Live! The livestream classes will continue to be free as I know yoga is a vital practice during this time.
Please send me a message with your email to join Zoom classes! These will be donation based, and 45-60 minutes long. We will be able to work more personally towards your individual goals and values during these classes. If you choose to take more than one class a week, only one donation per week is necessary! I understand this is an unusual time in the financial world for many, so any donations no matter how small are appreciated!
