Our theme at Bluegrass Senior Living for the month of January has been PURPOSE & RESET. January is a fresh start…but our PURPOSE never changes. We care for people who depend on us not just for safety, but for dignity, comfort, and understanding.
At Bluegrass, our team is re-committing to showing up with patience, compassion, and teamwork…one resident, one moment at a time! We have challenged our team to think about their PURPOSE and then RESET. We asked them, “Why do you do what you do?”

I would like to formally recognize and thank our team at Bluegrass Senior Living for their outstanding commitment during this recent winter weather event. In the face of challenging conditions, this team planned ahead, and every scheduled staff member reported to work. Many on our team sacrificed being present for their family in order to ensure our Bluegrass family was well cared for and that does not go unnoticed!

Your reliability, professionalism, and dedication to our residents and each other ensured continuity of care and safety for our residents, and that is the true definition of teamwork and service excellence.

Thank you for embodying our mission and taking such good care of our residents and each other. Your commitment makes a difference every single day, but especially in times like this. I am extremely proud of this team!
