Looking to change your habits before the change of the season or the start of school? Work on those keystone habits! Keystone habits are (sometimes small) habits that much bigger habits are built off of. If you want to eat healthier, you may have a keystone habit or eating when you are stressed or not planning meals and getting short on time when you are hungry. Working on the triggers around your food, or changing habits before you eat, may help you to eat healthier in the long term.
Think of what habits you want to change- and what are your triggers or habits beforehand that you can work on to make a real change.

This drill is an absolute must for anyone with hip issues or for runner. This series of movements focuses on strengthening your hip girdle- the muscles around your hips that connects your legs to your body, strengthens your torso and allows you do do things like sitting, standing, and walking.

We love group classes- that's why we use that as our main gym model! We find that it does a lot for helping athletes be more consistent, is more cost effective, and gives not only coaching for the athlete when the coach in class is coaching them, but provides an example for other athletes to follow as well- helping to elevate the whole class.

Grace is a great barbell workout for those who love to lift that is done lightning fast. This tests your endurance with weight by having you perform the clean and jerk 30 times for time. The key to peak performance is mastering the movement itself, the more efficient the bar path- the easier this movement is. Try this workout if you want to just do barbell work for the day.
