Burpees! They are good for us, give us a little of everything in a workout, and if we love to hate them. Doing a burpee correctly is essential to preventing injury in this movement. If you are new in your fitness journey- scale back to a kickback. A kickback is simply putting your hands on the floor and kicking back to a pushup position and then coming back up and giving a jump.
Work on you form every day and see how much easier this feels!

Did You know?

High-intensity exercise is particularly beneficial for individuals with Parkinson's disease as it can help preserve dopamine-producing neurons and potentially reverse neurodegeneration. It has been shown to improve symptoms and has the potential to slow down the progression of the disease. High intensity exercise is one of the safest things a doctor can prescribe to someone with a Parkinson's diagnosis.
If you want o help research in more effective treatments for this disease and eventually a cure- stop in Sunday October 26 between 7 and 11am to help us raise money for Team Fox or donate directly. Help us put a stop to the progression!

If there is one thing we love, its a good soup during cold months- and we love this pumpkin leek soup! Topped with some toasted pepitas or eaten with a sandwich with crusty bread- you can't go wrong with this soup to get you going- and all the ingredients are paleo and whole 30 friendly. This one is one of our favorite breakfasts-= a sweet potato hash with eggs dropped in . Its enough to warm up us on the cold mornings and keep us fueled up through the morning.
