Eight years ago, Light House was four empty walls, a big vision… and just enough faith (or dilerium?) to sign the lease anyway.

We got the keys in July 2018 and spent the summer covered in paint, dust, and a thousand tiny decisions—turning a mess into a vision (with a lot of help from friends + family along the way).

By mid-September, we opened our doors to the community—not just for yoga, but for healing. For exhaling. For coming back to yourself. For the mission we could feel in our bones before we could fully explain it.

Somehow, little by little, this became more than a studio.
It became a place to land. To soften. To connect. To heal.

Looking back at these early photos hits me right in the feels. So much has changed… but the soul of Light House has always been the same.
