Greetings!

While we can understand frustration when things do not go the way you like, the use profanity toward staff is not tolerated. Providers work hard to make sure all needs are met, at times things do get missed or in the instance today, nothing was actually sent to the provider.

This means not only were the actions taken today toward our staff immature and inappropriate, but also misdirected at people who did nothing wrong.

While we strive to serve everybody, be compassionate to bad days in others there will NOT be a culture of disrespect In this practice. Not by staff, not by patients.

As many of you know our practice was in the path of the tornado Friday. We are so fortunate in the aftermath to have been ruled a structure that will remain with some repairs.

We have been fortunate to find alternative space to take refuge while repairs are happening. We will update our patients with this information as soon as things are finalized and we have a finalized plan. We are hopeful to begin seeing patients in person possibly end of next week.

We ask that our patients have their pharmacies send escripts to us for any pending meds. We were only able to access our offices Monday and have not yet gotten things connected. We are navigating best we can remotely.

If you need to communicate a message at this time and are without a phone, we encourage you to text our 800.401.8213 number as we have been able to temporarily reroute that to text!!! This number will be checked throughout the day and responded to in the order received up until 5pm.

Thank you for weathering this with us!! We can't wait to get back "home", but our prayers continue for all of you affected and grieving at this time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by the storm last night. Our office was spared from significant damage however we will be closed for a few days until power is restored. Our hearts and prayers are with the little town of Monticello this morning. This last week has seen so much tragedy and loss of young lives for their community.

We ask if you are the praying type that you pray for the town and its people, the heartbroken families who have to move ahead in days to come with empty seats at tables and photos that don’t’ feel complete.

Pray for those who are suffering Injuries on top of their loss. We cannot fathom the pain and grief of trying to heal while also having to say goodbyes.

Remember to be kind always, everyday.
You never know what someone else is experiencing, or when it may be the last time you speak to them.
Be good to one another.
