Greetings!

While we can understand frustration when things do not go the way you like, the use profanity toward staff is not tolerated. Providers work hard to make sure all needs are met, at times things do get missed or in the instance today, nothing was actually sent to the provider.

This means not only were the actions taken today toward our staff immature and inappropriate, but also misdirected at people who did nothing wrong.

While we strive to serve everybody, be compassionate to bad days in others there will NOT be a culture of disrespect In this practice. Not by staff, not by patients.
