Specifically, using unique sacred deep self care, energy management and mindfulness techniques. Her company, Evolution Solutions, LLC uses research and history to bring a holistic model to offer a two generational approach to wellness by building the capacity of mothers, fathers, counselors, advocates and caregivers to take better care of themselves and ultimately those they serve.
