The Yoga and Wellness Education Centre in Somerset, Ky specializes in private, semi-private, and small group classes. Our yoga classes are uniquely designed by modifying poses to accommodate Everybody. All classes are taught by highly skilled educators who are 200 hour or E-500hr hour certified and are registered with the Yoga Alliance. Our pilates teacher is certified through Peak Pilates. At the Yoga and Wellness Education Centre, your safety is our main priority. Certifications

At the upcoming Heal Thyself Women's Wellness Retreat in September, Tatiana will be sharing about Visceral massage! This one-day retreat will be held at the beautiful Cornblossom Inn at Moonglow Farm and Yoga Retreats in Wayne County on September 13th.

Visceral massage is a gentle, manual therapy focused on the abdomen, designed to release tension and improve the mobility of internal organs. Many people notice improvements in sleep, mood, and overall vitality after a course of self-treatments.

Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Constance Willis, will be leading this training. She received her certification from Peak Pilates. Using only a yoga mat, this form of exercise improves core strength and overall physical fitness.

Join us for this 2 day training at our studio located in Somerset, KY. (The training days won't be consecutive - during the day of July 26th, we will schedule the date of the 2nd meeting.)

Fifteen years ago, I set the intention to create a space for the yoga community to learn a safe and sustainable yoga practice. The Yoga & Wellness Education Centre has graduated 37 Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers. Thank you to all the students and teacher trainees that have entrusted me with their practice.
