Healing is not linear. Some days it all seems so clear and others it may feel as if the waves keep crashing and you can’t catch your breath. Just remember to breathe, there is beauty all around take a moment to notice: what do I see, hear, smell, taste, and feel. Put your feet in the earth, touch nature, sit and breathe. Rise above your thoughts, remember you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions, you are love, you are light. Rise above it all and just watch, there is peace when you rise above everything. Remember who you are, peace, love, light, clarity.

Beauty is all around us. Sometimes we get sucked into the chaos of the world and we forget to breathe. Stop and breathe. When your mind is spinning look around and notice the beauty all around you to clear out the chaos in your mind. It’s not about getting to the top, it’s about enjoying the view, really appreciating the smell of a flower, the air on your skin, the coolness of a stream. Nature is healing, nature calms the mind, soothes the soul, brings peace.

Some days when you’re tired, depleted and drained and you just want to give up. Just take a deep breath, find some nature, breathe in the love all around you. There is beauty all around you and there is love all around you. Breathe in the universal love and light and fill yourself with it and know you are not alone, you are amazing, you are beautiful, and you are worthwhile!

It takes bravery to heal, courage, strength, a daily commitment. One day you’ll be doing good and the next you’re flat on your back. It’s not easy, it’s a difficult path and once you start, you may wish you could go back, but you keep moving forward, one day at a time. One step at a time. Take it minute by minute and focus on the good minutes, the peaceful minutes. Calm your breath, calm your mind, the answer is deep inside, trust yourself. Accept your true self, accept whatever it is you are feeling, it’s there for a reason, embrace it and ask for the answer. Listen, the universe is talking, listen and be still, be calm, the answers come in a whisper. Breath and trust, surrender, and the path will open up right in front of you and you’ll know you’re on it because you’ll feel true peace. You’ll know you’re true self is in control because you’ll feel peace like you’ve never felt before and the calmness will settle in and start to feel like home.
