-5 exercises
-2 - 3 sets of each exercise
-60 - 90 sec rest periods -Complete all sets of an exercise before moving to next exercise

Intensity 👊🏻
-Use weight / intensity that is challenging enough that it allows you to finish set close to muscular fatigue within recommended rep range (e.g. 10 - 15) without compromising technique
