Janine Duffy Yoga - Prenatal and Kids Yoga Prenatal and Kids Yoga My name is Janine Duffy. I am a certified adult and childrens' yoga teacher through Radiant Child Yoga. Namaste!

I am also mom to James, 6, Eoin, almost 4, and Oliver, almost 11 months. I am available to teach children's yoga at your yoga studio, school or day care in the Greater Boston area. It is never too early for children to start practicing yoga. Children are introduced to various yoga poses, breathing exercises, yoga songs and games. Each class is 60-minutes for ages 3-7 and 7-14 for up to twelve chi

ldren (depending on what class you need). Learning to slow their minds and bodies down are important components to the class. Speaking from experience with my own sons, they enjoy exploring their new yoga moves, going on yoga adventures, and building strong bodies, cooperative skills, and self-confidence that flourish outside the yoga class. Currently, I am teaching at Bow Street Yoga in Union Square, Somerville, MA from 10-11am on Fridays. Any questions please email me at janinemduffy@gmail.com.
