Hi folks, Quick heads-up on schedule changes this month, below.
I'm also adding tips about summer highs and lows in Chinese medicine: it's a time to bloom, let go and connect! And also a time that can have it's challenges (acupuncture can help!). Finally, we've got a volunteer hair cutter who is offering cuts for a good cause, info below.
Our clinic stays cool in the hottest of times! We hope to see you in here soon.

Acupuncture for the summertime blues
In Chinese medicine summer is associated with the fire element and the emotion Joy, in and out of balance.
It's a time of extravagance in nature. With the risk of frost past, it's safe to bloom! Correspondences of that energetic in Chinese medicine are fun, laughter & open-hearted connections. They aren't just nice; they're an essential part of health.
Summer is also a season of fire out of balance.
Here are a few common 'Fire out of Balance' signs we help people with during the summer months (and beyond):
● Low energy and motivation
● Inflammation ● Heart palpitations
● Restlessness or irritability
● Feeling disconnected from loved ones, emotionally flat
● Insomnia
● A sense of "blah" even in otherwise joyful circumstances
Come on in! A few treatments can help bring relief. Deeper healing builds from there.
We hope to see you soon!
Haircuts for a Cause
