CHA is hosting two special flu shot events for patients 6 months and older, on October 18 at CHA Malden Care Center and November 15 at CHA Broadway Care Center. To provide our community with accessible care, we recently hosted our third Haitian Creole hypertension workshop at the La Source Older and Adult Day Care Center in Malden! The session provided a safe, engaging, and empowering space for learning and sharing for the 54 participants who learned practical, accessible ways to manage stress. The workshop was delivered entirely in Haitian Creole, ensuring everyone could fully and engage. Attendees received culturally relevant educational flyers and stress balls to support relaxation techniques at home.
