This group has been active for over 15 years. Meets every Tuesday 7:30pm to 9:30pm in the Hamilton Room.

Provides support to loved ones who have someone suffering from an eating disorder. Ongoing for 15 years of uninterrupted service. The group meets every Tuesday evening. Cost: Free

This group helped me through a very troubling time in my life and my hope in sharing this page is that many others will find the help they need. This group is a volunteer group, no cost, run by people experienced with eating disorders in their own families. It is for family members only, not the patients. If you are familiar with Al Anon support groups for alcoholics, this group works in a very similar manner. Call the main number 908-685-2200 to confirm meetings on Tuesday evenings starting at 7:30 in the Hamilton room. My sincere best wishes to you and your family.

Do any of you have any experience with the Eating Recovery Center in Denver, CO? This seems like a really great place with wonderful staff. Just curious if anyone has personal experience with them.

Timberline Knolls in Lemont, IL gets my vote for best treatment center for ED and substance abuse. Hats off to the staff there for the excellent work they do with these troubled girls. I highly recommend them.
