In honor of Wreaths Across America the Town of Somerville recently held a ceremony placing commemorative wreaths at the Historic Somerville Cemetary. These wreaths were placed at the entrance of the cemetery. The Town is grateful for the sacrifices and dedication made by each person who served our great country. Thank you to Sharon Puckett for her help with this event happen.

The Town of Somerville had its first Tinsel Trail this year. It was sponsored by the Somerville Public Library. We had 30 trees and all were sponsored. The trees will be on display through the end of the year across from the Historic Somerville Courthouse. We want to thank Library Director Julea Moats and Hanah Clark for their hard work.
