Retirement of Dr. Beverly Lewis, DDS

Dear patients of Somerville Dental Care and Oral Surgery,

Due to unforeseen health concerns Dr. Beverly H. Lewis, TN license #7610 is no longer practicing at this location in Somerville, TN effective immediately and it is unclear whether she will continue to practice general dentistry in the state of Tennessee.
She has recently moved to Georgia to live with a loved one. It is our recommendation that you as a patient continue your dental care with another dental office in the community.
The following dentist are nearby and provide general dentistry care, but you are free to choose any licensed dentist for continued care.
