Do you know what this pic means? It means me and the mini are getting out of the house! Which also means I am seeing patients again! Hours are very limited for now as I work with my little girl's schedule, but if you would like an appointment, call the office and leave a message (908.300.8800) and Chris and I will do our best to get you scheduled ASAP!

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and being especially mindful to make and keep your appointment. Covid has left us a little short-staffed and my teeny tiny boss is only giving me about an hour at a time to adjust everyone. An appointment you don't keep is an appointment someone else could have had and we want to make sure we have time and space to care for everyone.

This weekend, it will hit freezing temperatures in New York City for the first time this season. New York City Relief need more coats, hats, and gloves for our friends on the street. Therefore, we will be hosting a Warm Winter gear drive from now until December 25th. Please help us help them. And feel free to encourage your organization to have a drive as well!

For those who want to take that *extra step*, Dr. Redmond will be bringing a group to serve on the Relief Bus January 6th. The Relief Bus provides outreach (and delicious hot soup!) to those on the streets of NYC. Please speak with her if you would like to be part of this event.

I love wearing flip-flops, but they are not the most supportive things for my feet. As someone who has had falling arches since puberty, Footlevelers Orthotic Stabilizers changed my world. I couldn't have become an IRONMAN without them! When it came to open shoes in the summer, though, they just didn't work. That's why I was so excited when they came out with flip flops.
