JFS is offering a 6-week in-person group where kids can learn to manage stress, build coping skills, and strengthen friendships, all in a safe, supportive space.

🗓 Tuesdays, 4:30–5:30 PM | 10/21 – 11/25

Through hands-on activities and guided discussion, participants will:
– Practice strategies to manage anxious thoughts
– Boost resilience and confidence
– Connect with peers and make new friends

Thanks to support from the Blanche & Irving Laurie Foundation, Children’s Hope Initiative, and Friends of Somerset County Youth, JFS is offering a free 6-week group for students in grades 5–8.

📍 In-person at JFS Somerville
