Stephanie A Troy, LICSW of Your Whole Healing provides individual therapy and group programs focused on guiding people in living intentionally one breath at a time. Stephanie is a licensed social worker, nutrition coach and yoga teacher with various trainings in Reiki, foundational herbs, aromatherapy and nutrition education/coaching. She offers a holistic perspective on mental health focusing on the mind/body/spirit connection. Intentional living is a journey of looking inward on how you would like to live and the life that you want to build supporting you with the skills to go out into the world and make it happen! Life may be short but we can make the journey sweet by living intentionally!
