✨Meet Janelle — a yoga teacher whose journey turned from “I’m not athletic” into a deep, embodied practice that supports both body and mind. After discovering yoga in the late 1990s she found it provided a new strength and presence she never experienced from exercise alone.

From Division I ice-hockey to law school, from athlete to yogi, Jaclyn’s journey has been about showing up, digging deep, and being completely herself. She teaches yoga not just as a physical practice but as a way to balance, recover, prepare for life—and live it.
