Celebrating one year full time at Union Square Physical Therapy tomorrow.

Just like weight training, it took many small steps to get here. What started with one person asking me to treat them after yoga turned into a group of the most amazing people that I could ever ask to be a part of the USPT community. I was fortunate to have great mentorship in the space and this weight set was a gift.

Here is to looking forward to the next year!
