This month we’re celebrating Rosa— someone who truly embodies what Orangetheory is all about. Rosa’s consistency, dedication, and heart shine through in every class. Her effort, commitment and drive are evident in everything she does. She doesn’t just show up for herself; she shows up for everyone around her, lifting others with her motivation and positive energy. We are so grateful to have you in our OTF family, Rosa. 💪🍊

1. What keeps you coming back to OTF?
What keeps me coming back is the results – not just physically, but mentally too. It doesn’t only make me look fit; it makes me feel stronger, more energized, and more confident.
2. Do you have a favorite coach? Tell us who and why!
my favorite coaches are coach Nancy and Coach Brendan because they constantly pushed me to be my best and give me the motivation and endurance to go beyond what I think I can do.
3. What are your favorite workout days (power/strength/endurance/ESP/tread50/strength50) and why!
My favorite workout days are tread strength because I love the challenge and the feeling of accomplishment afterward.
4. Tell us about your proudest PR moment?
My proudest PR moment was when I lifted 60 lbs and ran 1.2 velocity. That moment showed me how much stronger and more capable I’ve become through my Orangetheory journey.
5. What do you look forward to most when you walk into OTF?
When I walk into Orangetheory, I look forward to pushing myself, feeling empowered, and leaving knowing I gave it my all. Orangetheory is not just my gym; Orangetheory is my second home. 🧡🧡🧡
