Myofacial Yoga Therapy

I often describe my work as "no-fluff." Heavily informed by my yoga practice, my main objective in touch is in guiding release in the body. You'll be encouraged to breathe and remain in touch with the body's reactivity. An excellent approach for those with chronic pain, the experience is designed to lead you to understand cause in posture and discover new connections in movement. I'll often advise “homework” involving yoga postures or self-massage to reinforce the work. We have to recognize that healing is work and there are no quick solutions. Sessions can be held at BBY or Bow St for $100.
