I’ve always considered myself fairly healthy. I’ve run 3 half marathons and do several 5k runs each year. So why are we doing AdvoCare? I know I need it.

I am a Physical Education teacher, love exercise, love to encourage others to exercise, enjoy hiking, and love the outdoors. But somehow I still managed to gain weight and didn't eat as I should (probably b/c I love bread, butter, and chocolate). At the end of the day I was so tired, but didn't sleep well. I knew vitamins would help me, but had no idea what was good and what really worked. Greg and I have been married for almost 30 years and have 3 children and one grandchild. Greg worked an office job for 23 years and got very unhealthy with some terrible eating and exercise habits. When the business was sold, Greg went into business for himself. During that transition time he lost weight and began eating a little better, but because of his arthritis and bad knees, he doesn’t exercise much at all. He was "stuck in a rut", unable to lose more weight and needing a boost of energy. So many people want to lose weight and eat better but need something to give them the starting boost. I don't post much on this page (probably should), but we do still love our Advocare. We're nearing our 4 year anniversary with Advocare.
