Gut-Healthy Recipe: Overnight Oats with Berries & Chia Seeds 🌿

🌿 Simple Fermented Vegetables

✅ You’ll Need:
• 1–2 cups chopped veggies (carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower—your choice!)
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• 2 cups filtered water
• Mason jar

✅ How to Make:
1️⃣ Pack your chopped veggies tightly into a clean jar.
2️⃣ Dissolve sea salt in filtered water to create a brine.
