✈️ At Sonoma Post Acute, we got our passports stamped and our skills upgraded! 🌍 Our annual Skills Fair took us on a “world tour” of nursing excellence- with each station focusing on hands-on learning, patient care techniques, and safety refreshers to keep our team at the top of their game.

A huge thank you to our amazing Director of Nursing, Jastis, for organizing this incredible event and turning education into an adventure! 💉

Sofia has been part of the Sonoma Post Acute family since 2016, starting part-time in activities and quickly falling in love with the role. Her passion led her to become our Director of Activities in 2021! 💐
