Sofia has been part of the Sonoma Post Acute family since 2016, starting part-time in activities and quickly falling in love with the role. Her passion led her to become our Director of Activities in 2021! 💐

Sofia and her team make sure our residents stay active, engaged, and smiling — because healing is about more than just therapy, it’s about joy, connection, and movement. 💪🧠💛

Last night, we had the privilege of celebrating the retirement of Allison, the Head Case Manager at Queen of the Valley Hospital. For the past 20 years, Allison has made a lasting impact through her dedication and compassionate service to our community.

While it’s a bittersweet farewell, we are incredibly excited for her next chapter. Thank you, Allison, for your unwavering commitment—you will be deeply missed and always appreciated! 💗
