Two years ago, we loaded up our first mobile sauna and drove it to the team retreat at . It was an early cold morning—the team recovering from the night before. Perfect time for a sauna, honestly.

Those brave souls became the first people to ever step foot in a Sundrop Sauna. Now, full circle: we’re set up at their stunning new resort, The River Electric where you can sweat it out in the sauna, dip in for a cold plunge, and chill in the biggest hot tub you’ve ever been in.

This indoor-outdoor experience that blends the power of breath, mindfulness, movement, sound, and contrast therapy.

Join us for a morning of yoga and sauna along the river. Begin with a vinyasa flow offering a balance of flexibility, strength and mindfulness guided by and is perfect for all levels.

After finding your center, dive into a wellness circuit, alternating between our steamy sauna, refreshing cold plunge, and outdoor lounge in the outdoor bathhouse. Fuel your morning with coffee and light, nourishing bites.

It’s the perfect way to begin your day before heading to Cider Circus, a festival celebrating minimal intervention cider, beer & co-ferments from Sonoma County happening just down the road at Steamer Landing Park in Petaluma later in the day.
