Two years ago, we loaded up our first mobile sauna and drove it to the team retreat at . It was an early cold morning—the team recovering from the night before. Perfect time for a sauna, honestly.

Those brave souls became the first people to ever step foot in a Sundrop Sauna. Now, full circle: we’re set up at their stunning new resort, The River Electric where you can sweat it out in the sauna, dip in for a cold plunge, and chill in the biggest hot tub you’ve ever been in.

Join us for Redwood Revival this week and next! Sauna sessions run Thursday–Sunday, 11AM–4PM, and they’re free with a day pass.

This indoor-outdoor experience that blends the power of breath, mindfulness, movement, sound, and contrast therapy.

and will guide you through carefully crafted cycles of intensity and recovery that awaken your body, spirit, and mind. You’ll begin with breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness exercises, building to accessible bodyweight HIIT training, then settling into a restorative sound bath

A breathwork series guided by Brittany Hatcher of B the Vibe Co .co With each breath, you’ll give yourself a chance to let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs, and anything that weighs you down, creating space for clarity and growth.
