Last week we held an very special ambassador appreciation event to welcome our new CEO, Kelley Kaiser along with our new Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Patrick Okolo.
We also provided a demonstration of the new Stryker Operating Room Integration System that we hope to update all 3 SVH operating rooms in early 2026.

We ask each patient to provide feedback after visiting SVH. From Nov 3rd to Nov 13, 2025 we received 258 Survey Responses and here is how our patients rated their care on a scale of 1-5:
Emergency Department: 4.88
Outpatient Physical Therapy: 4.93
Inpatient Care: 4.70
Medical Imaging: 4.92
Outpatient Surgery: 4.81
With an overall rating of : 4.89
