You still have dreams. You still have goals. And they matter just as much as anyone else’s.

Listen to me: confidence is NOT about waiting until you feel “fully ready.” If you wait for the perfect moment or for the fear to completely disappear, you will be waiting forever.

Confidence is trusting yourself again. It’s knowing you are absolutely capable, knowing you are worthy, and taking the next step anyway. It’s taking action because you believe in who you are and where you are going, even if you don’t have the entire roadmap figured out yet.

Stop overthinking it. Stop waiting for permission to chase what you want.

A massive thank you to El Verano School for having me today and providing the space for these incredible women to show up for themselves.

...the truth is:

If you never make time for your health…
it’s not because you don’t have time.

It’s because it’s not a priority.

I know... that stings.

But think about it.

You show up for your job.
You show up for your kids.
You show up for everyone else.

So the real question is:

Why don’t you show up for yourself?

Because the truth is…

No one is coming to fix your energy.
No one is coming to fix your body.
No one is coming to give you time.

And the longer you wait,
the harder it gets.

More exhaustion.
More burnout.
More feeling like you’ve lost yourself.

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need more motivation.

You need to decide that you matter too.

Because right now?

You’re proving every single day that you don’t.

Omega-3s, especially EPA and DHA, are crucial for brain function. They reduce inflammation in the brain, which is often linked to mood disorders. On top of that, they influence neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine—key chemicals that impact how we feel.

If you ate one bad meal, you wouldn't throw out your entire fridge, right? So why do you throw away your entire week's goals just because Monday morning was a disaster?

The all-or-nothing mindset is actively ruining your progress. You have to learn how to pivot instead of quitting. Did things blow up? Fine. Scale the goal down. Do 10 minutes instead of 30. But do NOT do nothing.

Willpower is a great concept if you live alone, sleep 8 uninterrupted hours a night, and wake up to a perfectly silent, aesthetic house.

But for moms? Willpower is a scam.

By the time you’ve dragged yourself out of bed at 5 AM, only to be immediately ambushed by toddlers who somehow heard your eyelids open, your willpower tank is already on ZERO.

Stop waiting for the perfect morning routine. Stop relying on an energy reserve you simply don’t have.

You don’t find the time or the motivation. You have to carve your peace right out of the loud, messy, beautiful chaos. You let the wildness swirl around you, you step over the toys, and you put in the work anyway. Not because you’re motivated, but because you refuse to lose yourself in the noise.

If this hit home for you, hit the airplane icon and share this with a mom friend who is doing it messy today! 🤍🌪️💪

It happens every single week. You plan out these perfect, uninterrupted 60-minute blocks to work out, get organized, or learn something new.

And then... real life happens. Someone gets sick. The schedule blows up. And because you missed your "perfect" window, you scrap the whole week.

The reason you quit isn't because you don't care. It's because you set the bar too high for a life you don't actually live.

What you need to learn is how to lower the bar and build consistency.
If you're ready to learn exactly how to do that, click the link in my bio to get 28-Day MomMentum today for just $27.

Writing a letter to your future self might sound simple… but it’s incredibly powerful.
In our session at Camino Nuevo, we guided participants through this exercise—and here’s what it creates: Clarity – When you write to your future self, you get honest about where you are right now and where you truly want to go.Intention – It turns vague hopes into something concrete. You’re no longer just “thinking” about change—you’re declaring it.Emotional connection – It bridges the gap between your present self and your future self, building motivation from within.Accountability – Your future self becomes a witness to the promises you’re making today.Hope & resilience – Especially for youth navigating big transitions, this exercise reminds them that their story is still being written.
Sometimes, all it takes is a pen, a quiet moment, and the courage to imagine something better.
What would your future self thank you for starting today?

You don’t need 1-hour workouts. You need consistency. 20 minutes done daily beats perfection.

Let’s be real. You’re a mom. An uninterrupted hour? It rarely comes. Someone needs a snack, the laundry is practically multiplying, or you’re just dead tired by the time the house is quiet.

So, because you can’t do the perfect 60-minute session, you do absolutely nothing. You’re stuck in the all-or-nothing trap, and it is completely draining your confidence and your energy.

Listen to me: The mom who does a messy, interrupted 20-minute workout in her living room every single day will ALWAYS see better results than the mom waiting for the perfect gym session that never happens.

You don’t need more time. You need a shift in your strategy.

Here is how you actually build momentum when your life is chaotic:

✨ Lower the bar to start. Stop aiming for 60 minutes. Give yourself permission to do just 15 or 20. It completely removes the mental block of “I don’t have time” and actually gets you moving.
✨ Embrace the mess. Let the toddler crawl on you. Pause to answer a question. Do squats while you wait for the pasta water to boil. An interrupted workout is still a workout.
✨ Focus on the habit, not the intensity. Right now, you aren’t training for the Olympics. You are simply training yourself to show up consistently.

Stop waiting for perfect conditions that just don’t exist in motherhood. Drop the “all-or-nothing” guilt and start feeling incredibly proud of what you did get done today.

I hear moms say this all the time when they give up on a goal. "I guess I just don't want it bad enough."
Stop. 🛑

It is absolutely not a lack of desire.
You want it.
You are just lacking a realistic framework to actually achieve it in your current season of life.

You don't need to want it more. You need a better plan.
