We’ve just wrapped up our latest Camino Nuevo cohort, and we are so proud of the 15 brave teenagers who completed this journey.

Thank you to these young leaders for giving yourselves the space to take care of your mental health, understand your emotions, and discover who you truly are. You are the reason we do this work.

As we go through life in constant stress, eating has become our way to suppress or soothe negative emotions. But like any other habit, this can change.

When you're living in another country, it's really important for you to be connected with your roots. So your family, your kids, keep understanding the language, the culture, and these are some of my Brazilian friends that I made in Sonoma, and I'm so happy that we can get together and do what Brazil has taught us.
